MMS provides the download math lesson(s). If YOU are unable to download the math lesson(s), or, the math lesson(s) will not run on your computer MMS will refund your purchase price after YOU notify us by email.
MMS allows YOU to download the lesson(s) “AS IS”. THERE IS NO WARRANTY OF MERCHANTIBILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
